COVID-19: 3 Month Extension for Filing to Companies House

By RJP LLP on 25 March 2020

Due to the disruption caused by COVID-19, businesses can now apply for a 3-month extension on filing their accounts.

All companies who apply for an extension as a result of COVID-19 will automatically be granted the extension without needing to provide evidence. Further information can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/companies-to-receive-3-month-extension-period-to-file-accounts-during-covid-19

In addition, the Companies House Contact Centre has been temporarily closed for the safety of employees.

From today, any queries should be directed either to the relevant Customer Care Manager or to enquiries@companieshouse.gov.uk.
